Cost
Security Deposit is $500 – This is not part of the hourly rental rate. This is due with agreement waiver to hold your date.
$300/per hour with a 2- hour minimum- Payment is to be paid in full minimum one month prior to event.
150 guest maximum
Additional Information
Time: be sure to put down enough time to remove all belongings after your event ends. Time is paid doe the time you arrive to decorate to the time you have cleaned up, removed all decorations, removed all tables/chairs, any belongings you came with.
Parking: Parking Garage and Surface lot are available.
Catering/Food: You can have your event catered or bring your own food.
Alcohol- Banquet Permit: Is required along with a designated person serving the alcohol.
Table/Chairs: We do not supply these, below are a couple of locations where you can rent table chairs.
